This notice explains how Markyate Manor uses the personal details you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, telephone number and company if you give them, and what you tell us about your project or occasion.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a viewing or hire if you go ahead. We rely on your consent, and on the steps needed before entering into an agreement with you.

Who handles it

Enquiries are read by the owners of the estate. They are stored and delivered using service providers acting on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (enquiry storage), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (domain and form protection). We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for our records afterwards, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@markyateestate.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
